CUISINE.

·     Topside serves a dynamic, tapas menu, comprised of various small plates, cheeses, charcuterie, and a section of skewered offerings. While rooted in inspiration from Spain, the menu also draws influences from numerous culinary regions throughout Asia and South America.  

BEVERAGE.

·   The cocktail program concept at Topside features an array of tiki-inspired cocktails that span the classics to new interpretations of traditional recipes such as the Mai Tai.

·   In addition to the core cocktail program, a limited selection of spirits, wines, craft beers, NA beverages, etc. are offered on the menu

·   To be as accommodating as possible to a wide range of tastes, all of the usual suspects are available as well, from Bud Light to a Tito’s & Soda

SERVICE.

·   The level of service for Topside is defined as modern casual and maintains the highest level of professionalism while creating a fun, enjoyable environment for the guests

·   The bar service is lively and engaging, while fast-paced at times during peak periods, with the surrounding lounge area energetic and stylish, while still conversation-friendly and modest

·   The style of the uniforms embraces a contemporary Polynesian-esque theme while making an attractive statement with a properly curated style consistent with the standards of conduct throughout the Love Street Project

·   Average Guest Check: $30-$35 per person

·   Open daily at 3:00 PM with service until 12:00 AM Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM on Friday, 11:30 AM to 1:00 AM on Saturday, and 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM Sundays.
