CUISINE.

·   Charlie and Joe’s at Love Street has obtained its commercial fishing license(s) to purchase directly from the local fisherman right at Love Street’s docks.

·   The Lunchbox Counter within the market provides a “fine casual” offering for guests who wish to enjoy a quick, high-quality seafood-inspired experience to-go, such as a tuna poké bowl, lobster roll, composed salad, etc. Breakfast is also featured daily. The menu of select items will change often depending on sales mix and seasonality

·   Vegetarian options are also provided on the menu each day (e.g., salad, sandwich, etc.)

·   The lunchbox counter component of the seafood market will have a strong social media element to the concept, and will continually feed images, daily specials, promotions, etc. through various platforms to the local audience

·   All butchering is performed in a cooled room adjacent to the retail space, which includes all seafood that arrives from outside vendors to supplement the local daily inventory (varies throughout the year), then delivered to its respective venue

·   The market’s specialty is the whole fish that serves 1-2 people, custom butchered to order from head on to completely deboned, or however the patron wishes. Larger format fish displayed as cleaned “sides” will also be offered and portioned to patron preferences, in addition to select shellfish offerings. Tacklebox also offers catering options, as well as Delivery Dudes and uberEats.

BEVERAGE.

·   Tacklebox Jupiter Seafood & Supply Company will offer a selection of beer, bottled mixed cocktails, bottled water, and soda. for our patrons to stock for their boat outing or enjoy with their Lunch Counter meal.

·   Several utensils and cookware items specifically for fish cookery

·   A boutique selection of craft beers

·   Patrons may call ahead and have their meal(s) “assembled” and prepaid for via a smartphone app or the market’s website, where they can swing by on their way home from work or do a pick-up as their last stop out into the inlet

·   Open daily at 6:00 AM with service until 6:00 PM
